Con el objetivo que puedan entender rapidamente el método o simplemente para facilitar su difusión les dejo las filminas que arme para la presentacion del modelo en el congreso Ingenieria2010 realizado en Buenos Aires.
Antes una pequeña reflección...
Les repito que se sientan en la libertad de usarlas, yo personalmente solo pretendo algo simple en un modelo nuevo, pero que es un flajelo ya instalado en nuestras viejas prácticas, LA CORRUPCION; si alguien decide implementarlo ponga todo su esfuerzo en garantizar la transparencia en todos los niveles. Considero que si se aplica el método se podrian generar grendes cantidades de empleos debido al volúmen de residuos generados diariamente y sabemos que eso da lugar a manipulación, corrupción, etc. y de tras de todo esto esta la gente...
Durante el cierre del congreso debimos lamentar la MUERTE de un sindicalista en un altercado a unas pocas cuadras de donde se realizaba el congreso, por favor, hay lugar y beneficios para todos si hacemos las cosas bien.
Con su ayuda podemos seguir trabajando en esta idea que tiene estos grandes beneficios, recuperar los residuos producidos estimulando la economia y la industria y generar empleo, entre otros. Ambos flajelos que los ingenieros hemos creado en pos del avance tecnologico.
Les pido simplemente que trabajemos juntos en darle forma, la pluralidad de críticas nos daran un mejor método, por favor CRITIQUENLO, y les estaré completamente agradecido...

Basic description
The method proposes the decentralization of the waste plantas into autonomous centres re purchase of waste treated by qualified personnel .
The citizen takes the inorganic wastes (at first) to these plants;these are received by the competent staff who pre classifies it into different types, plastic, paper, glass, etc. He weighs it and submits a receipt.
The receipt represents in “dots” the quantity and quality of the waste.
These vouchers are backed by the sale of waste + a municipal stimulus.
If the receipt was presented at a point located in a private field, it should be consumed there, stimulus space assignment, if it is not freely available.
The purchase centre manager must re-classify the products.
If the centre starts to fill up, it will require an assistant, which will be in charge of the next centre to be inaugurated. Progressive enlargement and progressive investment.

It generates consumption: people will surely spend their points and complete their purchases with cash.
It generates formal and informal arrangements for points reception, in the shops that support the method thus giving more value to the points.
It regulates the activity of informal collectors with attractive measures which are not restrictive.
Industrial Impact:
Recycling itself generates the establishment of enterprises due to the availability of raw materials, in turn encouraging more consumption.
Increases the supply of raw materials and it can apply for VAT that corresponds to that waste making it even more competitive compared to virgin raw materials and legalizing the market at the same time.
Low degradation of waste.
SMEs have the real possibility of recycling.
